At Nicococali, we want you to love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please review the following conditions:
Items must be new, unused, and unopened.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted and may be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Promotions or discounts cannot be applied to previous orders.
Price adjustments are not available for past purchases.
We currently only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the approved refund amount.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
